1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and betapk ("betapk," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the betapk online casino and sports betting platform available at betapk.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through betapk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betapk Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Registration

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. betapk makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) betapk account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. betapk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

2.5 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betapk username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. betapk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify betapk immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. betapk recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security.

3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your betapk account, whether or not authorized by you. betapk reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings if there is evidence of unauthorized account access or fraudulent activity.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. betapk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. betapk aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification procedures.

4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.

4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on betapk are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). betapk is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General. betapk may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. betapk reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. betapk reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

5.4 Changes to Promotions. betapk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Binding Bets. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by betapk, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where betapk expressly permits cancellation in specific circumstances.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, betapk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. betapk's decision in such matters is final.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betapk Platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploitation of software bugs or errors for financial gain
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct
• Money laundering or use of betapk for any illegal financial activity
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties as a commercial service

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any betapk content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betapk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2 betapk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betapk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 betapk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond betapk's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

betapk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if betapk reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, betapk will return any verified, unencumbered balance in your account after deducting any amounts owed to betapk, subject to applicable verification and compliance procedures.

You may close your betapk account at any time by contacting customer support. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

betapk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. betapk implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

betapk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betapk will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of betapk following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through betapk's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
